Just call or e-mail with a vague description of the product you want. E-mailing a rough sketch is helpful. You don't have to be able to draw a straight line, I get the picture. In most cases I respond in a day or two with a price estimate.

If the price range is acceptable we can then discuss more details about your project. Some projects will need an in-home consultation and measurements. Some projects can simply be finalized with e-mails or over the phone. Many of my projects are planned and ordered through e-mail discussions and you never have to step foot in the dusty shop or schedule an appointment.

You can be as involved as you want to be. I can work with you on every aspect of the design process, or simply leave the details up to me. With over 15 years of design and building experience, and working directly with clients, I can quickly get an idea of the style and design you're looking for.

Once the details are nailed down I provide a detailed drawing of what I will be building for you, and a definite price quote. An example drawing of what I return to you for approval is shown at left.
